Resolution for Feb


Time to go to bed and get ready for work tomorrow. Starting anew again tomorrow after the long holiday .. but before that, I need to write down some resolution down.

Holidays made me eat and I do let myself indulge because it's the festive season. Time to tighten the belt.

a. burn at least 200 calories everytime I step into the gym (will increase)
b. no food shall pass lips after 9 pm except for fruits, liquid or yogurt
c. reduce rice intake to 5 spoonful per meal (will decrease)
d. no carbonated or sweet drinks - only sips to quench thirst if no water available
e. no sweets except breath mints for breath freshing purposes (emergency)
f. 3 meals a day is a must
g. opt for clear soup dishes if possible instead of fried oily ones

I put this up on my blog to empower myself. I can do it. Right after Chinese New Year.
